Athletepath seeks Digital Community Manager Athletepath is seeking a community manager to rapidly grow and excite our athlete membership, while delighting our race customers. As Athletepath’s community manager, you’ll have frequent, positive influence on our company. You’ll propel membership volume to stratospheric levels via direct campaigns, invite programs and frequent communications. You’ll also be in charge of our feedback and customer solutions inquiries, meaning you get to help athletes and events use Athletepath for maximum enjoyment.

Key Skills & Experiences: Excellent verbal & written communication skills Email campaign creation, testing & management Customer relations (sympathy, empathy, and an ongoing desire to help) You have participated in a race of some kind (running, cycling, triathlon, swimming etc...)

Specific Tasks: Athlete Growth ● Retrieve race data from event customers & publish event listings to Athletepath site ● Broadcast email campaigns to athletes ● Ongoing evaluation and improvement of new athlete engagement methods ● Report on growth, program effectiveness & new opportunities to the team Event Customer & User Satisfaction ● Field all feedback & assistance communications (email, twitter) ● Aid event customers in activating their accounts and setting up their races online ● Aid athletes in using the site, educate on various features, and encourage word of mouth ● Report on high-priority & consistent issues to guide bug fixes and product enhancements Plus ● ● ●

Tweets, Facebook posts, and consistent blog entries Occasional interviews & user feedback from customers and athletes Anything else you’re capable of making a difference with at Athletepath

Specifics: ● 3 Month initial contract, transitioning to employment upon successful introduction ● Part-time or Full-time depending on availability. 30 hrs/week minimum ● Hourly contract compensation based upon experience ● Excellent stock option & incentive package for employees
