Athletepath seeks Northwest Race Sales & Partnership Lead Athletepath is seeking a race partnership & sales lead to recruit races large and small into Athletepath to take advantage of our social sport platform - including personalized results and stats, and event registration & notifications for all of their racers. As Athletepath’s Sales & Partnership Lead, you be laser-focused on growing the number of races we serve, and athletes we support throughout the year. Spend your day working with enthusiastic customers who are excited by the product we bring to their races. You’ll be instrumental in propelling Athletepath’s growth throughout the PNW, on our way to serving hundreds of races and hundreds of thousands of unique, avid athletes.
Key Skills & Experiences: Personal sales, client services, and/or business development experience Excellent verbal & written communication skills Tenacious & driven to achieve great things You have participated in a race of some kind (running, cycling, triathlon, swimming etc...)
Specific Tasks: Race Sales & Partnerships ● Prospect: Cultivate a growing list of PNW events & contacts ● Outreach: Secure appointments via phone, email, and by utilizing personal connections ● Work your pipeline to lock-in sales: Secure partnerships, demo the product, pitch for business, consistently follow up to win the account ● Deliver & delight: Stay in-touch to ensure our customers are happy and successful Market Insights ● Relay insights from races & athletes back to Athletepath product & marketing team ● Communicate success and opportunities for growth, outreach and product development Plus ●
Be an icon: Promote & represent Athletepath brand through your daily interactions and event/athlete engagement.
Specifics: ● Full-time 3 Month contract, transitioning to employment upon successful introduction ● Monthly salary + 2-level commission structure ● Travel, mileage and meeting expense compensation ● Excellent stock option & incentive package for employees
