Golf GENERAL INFORMATION 

 

There are no team practices, and we anticipate having between 1-3 “regular season” matches. Transportation is provided. It will be the results of these matches that will help determine the Sectional roster. The IESA limits member school participation in the Sectional qualifying meet to a maximum of 5 boys and 5 girls. Interested students (both boys and girls) should contact Mr. Carter ASAP because schools must reserve the five Sectional spots by Aug. 19. It is expected that we will have at least 5 boys interested. However, we have yet to have any girls show interest. If we don’t have interest by Aug. 19, Sectional spots will not be reserved. It is our hope to have 10 MJHS students (5 boys and 5 girls) competing at the Sectional qualifier.
