August 1 : Practice begins Practice begins for football players 6-8 pm, see cheerleading schedule on site for cheer times, if you have not turned in a physical form, bring a signed, completed form the day of practice and turn in to your coach – do not mail! Review your email from your coaches for further details regarding practices Equipment handout/or exchanges all week Monday – Friday at 5:15 Richland Park upper concessions Green football team will be at Richland Park White football team will be at Santacroce field across from Eden Hall Upper Elementary School th Spirit Wear orders are due by the end of the day, delivery by first game, August 20 , go to www.costore.com/pryouthfootball/welcome.asp Pizza nights will begin the second week of practice Kona Ice is back this year!! Watch for the Kona Ice trucks on Tuesdays this season at each of the practice fields. Don't forget to bring a little extra money to cool the kids down with Kona Ice nd
Cheerleading – Important information for start of Rec practice and 2 day of Comp practice (from Michelle Gierl) Competitive cheer started last Monday! Please wear comfortable clothes, bring water and a snack and wear cheer shoes. Recreational cheer begins August 1 at 5:00! All cheerleaders need a physical form turned in to be able to practice. If you have not sent it in, please bring to first night of practice. If you have signed up to be a team mom for Middle Green, Middle White or Big White, please email me - [email protected] ASAP! If you received a call about your daughter's registration payment please also bring that to the first day of practice or go onto PayPal to pay it. Do not mail it. They will not be able to practice without the payment For those with altered uniforms. I have contacted you to let you know they are in. Please email me to let me know what day you will be picking it up and I will put it in my door. [email protected] The order from All That Jazz is in and will be distributed at the first practice. If you ordered late, All That Jazz will contact you when your order is in for you to pick up. th
August 6 : Annual Pig Roast Annual Family Pig Roast - 3 to 8pm at Richland Park Pavilion – Main dish and kids drinks provided ….. teams please bring the following: o Green Team - Side dishes or appetizers o White Team - Desserts o All families can bring their own beer, coolers, etc. (optional) 2 volunteer spots available! Please consider volunteering for this fun event -- go to our site, click on volunteer, scroll down to pig roast! You will receive one of the 2 credits required per player for your time! Old jerseys with your son’s nameplate will be available for purchase during the Pig Roast! Cost is $20! th

August 8 and 9 – Picture Day for Cheerleaders ONLY (forms to be handed out by your team mom/coach 1 week of practice) th Green team cheerleaders – Rec Small, Middle, and Big pictures will be taken on Monday, August 8 5:00 pm (if you have a player on the th football team, and want a family picture, you can come back Monday, August 15 and 16 during football player photos. th White team cheerleaders – Rec Middle and Big, Tuesday August 9 5:00 pm th
August 13 – Community Day at Richland Park Football players and Cheerleaders are asked to walk in the parade. Meet at the PR Youth Football Dunk Tank at 2:45 to get ready for the parade! After the parade, football players and cheerleaders are welcome to get dunked! This was a great fundraiser last year! Please ask your player or cheerleader if they would like to be dunked to raise money! Check out website for volunteer opportunities for this event! Old jerseys with your son’s nameplate will be available for purchase during Community Day at the dunk tank booth! Cost is $20! th
