GOOD NEWS CLUB The after-school Good News Club begins in September. We meet on Tuesdays from 3:15-4:30, sing songs, hear missionary stories, memorize verses, play games, eat snacks, hear a Bible story followed by a response time. The club is designed to reach those that don't yet have a personal relationship with Christ as well as help those that do grow in knowing Him. If you are a teen or adult wanting more information contact Sara Smith [email protected].

AWANA IS COMING! Would you like the opportunity to change the direction of a child’s life? The mission of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ, and train them to serve Him. Although this might sound like a complicated process, it starts with adults like you simply listening to and interacting with a child as they recite their memory verses. You don’t need to prepare a lesson, speak in front of a group, or do a cartwheel (although the cartwheel might be fun!) Just faithfully come on Wednesday evenings to listen to kids one-on-one, ask questions, and share what God is doing in your life with them—this is our greatest need. It’s not scary or hard. But it can impact a child and even a family for eternity. Contact Chris Ellis or Jenny Binder ([email protected], text or call 660-442-6027) with questions or to volunteer.
