Australian Wood Duck Scientific Name: Chenonetta jubata Class: Aves Order: Anseriformes Physical Adaptations: Coloration: Males are chocolate brown with blacker tuft at rear of head Chest is grey Coloration: Females are paler and duller brown with a pale stripe bordering the eye They are around 18 in long.
