Organisation and Monitoring AXA International Management Charter The AXA International Management Charter is a specifically designed set of rules and processes that apply within the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network. It ensures a consistent approach in the long-term and best practices encompassing policy management, claims handling and accounting.

International Network Management Team This dedicated team of Network Managers located in the various AXA Corporate Solutions’ entities, is in permanent contact with all the Network partners. Their role is to manage the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network and ensure that it delivers the most efficient quality of service.

Internal Rating On an annual basis, AXA Corporate Solutions conducts a survey to assess and confirm the quality of its International Network. Based on three main criteria (Servicing experience, Financial result and Country risk), rating results are key elements for monitoring the International Network.

AXA DICE, a unique communication tool A unique and specifically designed communication tool, AXA DICE has been developed to ensure smooth and efficient communication within the AXA Corporate Solutions International Network on both policy and claims aspects.
