AYSO Region 114 Refund & Returned Check Policy It is our goal to balance the needs of families that request a refund with those of the Region. Late requests can result in unbalanced teams and/or additional costs associated with unused uniforms. Refund Policy
Refunds will be granted for requests received before June 30 with the exception of the AYSO Membership Fee ($17.50).
Partial refunds (50%) will be granted for requests received before August 1. No refunds will be given for requests received after August 1 as teams have already been formed. All refund requests must be emailed to the Registrar and Treasurer, and received by the above cutoff dates.

Refund Return Address: Refund checks will be issued within four weeks of the email request. If you don’t receive an email confirmation within five days, please resend the email to both the Registrar and Treasurer. Returned Check Policy All returned checks will be charged a service fee of $25.00. Families with returned checks will not be permitted to participate in the program until the service fee plus the amount of the returned check are paid in full. The fee must be paid to the Treasurer with a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Players will be placed on a wait list until the fees are paid.

Birth Year and Season Matrix When determining the age group for a season, the year the season ends should be used for determining the play level. Also note that the format “U followed by age” really means that age and younger. For example, U8 should be read as 8 and younger. Season: 2017-18 2012-2014 6U 2010-2011 8U 2008-2009 10U 2006-2007 12U 2004-2005 14U 2002-2003 16U 1999-2001 19U 10U to 19U: There is no Buddy System, Carpool, etc. There will be no exceptions. All coaches in AYSO are volunteers, practice times are scheduled at their convenience. If you are interested in coaching, please contact our Coach Administrator Todd Rother at [email protected]. Soccer cleats are best suited for our fields and should be worn at practice. It is recommended that each player bring an appropriately sized ball to all practices. 6U & 8U: Size 3 ball 10U & 12U: Size 4 ball 14U and Up: Size 5 ball Pets on the Field: We know that pets can be valued members of your family. Unfortunately, AYSO does not allow pets on the field during practices or games. Certified service animals are welcome. It is AYSO’s goal to make the soccer season as safe as possible for everyone, even your pets. If you have any questions please feel free to contact AYSO directly.
