AYSO Region 1523 Refund Policy

AYSO Region 1523 Refund Policy Any player who withdraws from the program that has not participated in any field activities such as practice or game shall be entitled to a refund of such registration fee. The cost of the uniform (if it cannot be reused) or other specific no recoverable costs such as registration/processing fees may be deducted from the refund. Once a player has participated in practices or games, refunds will not be issued. Refunds must be requested in writing to the Regional Registrar, with a copy to the Regional Commissioner, no later than 30 days following the first game of the regular season play.
