Baden Youth Association 2018 Sponsorship Opportunities The Baden Youth Association (BYA) is looking for the generosity of local companies and individuals to sponsor baseball and tee-ball teams for the upcoming season. Your help is critically important to the sustainability and growth of our program. We are an all-volunteer, non-profit 501c3 organization that was established with the goal of instilling a passion for the game of baseball in each of our players by teaching the virtues of sportsmanship and team play, and we strive to develop our players to compete at higher levels using safe and well-maintained playing facilities. A tremendous amount of volunteer and financial support is needed to keep our organization successful and we are truly grateful for every bit of help we receive. While we do charge registration fees for children to participate, we pride ourselves on keeping those fees as low as possible so that the family of any child who wants to play can afford to let them. However, to do so, we need your help. More than 150 boys and girls participate in our programs throughout the summer and fall. Your sponsorship donation to the BYA is completely tax deductible and the advertising exposure you will receive in return reaches parents from Baden, Ambridge, Economy, Conway and other nearby communities. Please take a moment to review the levels of sponsorship listed below and decide on your level of participation. Team Sponsor – These go fast!
Usually only 10-12 teams are available per season. You sponsor a baseball or tee-ball team and get your business name listed on the back of all player jerseys. Also includes free advertising on the Sponsor section of the BYA website, periodic mentions on the BYA Facebook page, and you get a framed picture and sponsor plaque to display at your business at the end of the season.
Field Sign Sponsor – These were popular last year!
You get a sturdy and reusable 3’ x 5’ sign featuring your business name/logo displayed on our outfield fence. We have prices for sponsors who paid for a field sign last season and prices for new field sign sponsors. You tell us what you want your sign to look like and we’ll do our best to match your design (more details on back of form).
Corporate Sponsor – This is the first (and maybe only) time we’re offering this sponsorship level! We’re searching for a single sponsor who will have exclusive naming rights to our newly renovated baseball field. Your business name will be prominently displayed on our new field for predetermined number of seasons. Please contact Harley Ellenberger at 724-480-7723 for more details.
Note: We offer a registration discount to families who bring us a new team or sign sponsor. If you’ve been referred to us by a BYA family or player, please indicate their name on the sponsorship form so we can be sure they get their discount.
