LOCATION DK Ranch is located at the base of Table Mountain, five miles south of Lander, Wyoming. Lander is a thriving community that is known for its beautiful location near the Wind River Mountains in west central Wyoming. The ranch is located approximately 165 miles from Yellowstone National Park and from world class skiing and scenery in Jackson, WY.

PROPERTY The ranch is comprised of 210± deeded, contiguous acres, of which 100± acres are irrigated. The property is fenced and cross fenced to easily accommodate livestock management. The scenic and varied terrain is a combination of irrigated meadows, sagebrush rangeland, hills, draws and rock outcroppings.

WATER Approximately 100 acres of meadow are irrigated. The ranch has adjudicated water rights and water is supplied by the Enterprise Ditch. Additionally, the property is serviced by two wells and a cistern for water storage. Near the home is an 800’ artesian well which supplies potable water, but the current owner prefers to use this well for irrigating the yard and chooses to have water for the house delivered from town. An additional, shallower well provides stock water for the corrals.
