Use four 8” round layers to build skirt. Using Circle Cutter #11161, cut a hole in the center of each layer. Stack cake layers, placing a layer of icing in between each layer. Place doll next to cake to measure cake height. If cake height does not reach top of tube, add another 8” round layer. Trim cake so layers are tapered and form a bell shaped bottom as shown. Press the cake down and make sure all the crumbs are adhered to the cake. This will make your icing easier and a smoother cake. Base ice cake Princess Pink #11808. Insert DecoSet® doll into tube and place in cake. Apply Light Pink Edible Glitter #17379 to bodice of doll. Using tip #895, pipe Violet #9536 wavy band around base of cake. Using tip #4, pipe Violet #9536 swirl accents. Using tip #070, pipe Golden Yellow #9535 and Violet #9536 ruffles around waist as shown. Using tip #3, pipe Golden Yellow #9535 dots and accent swirl as shown. Using tip #2, pipe White flowers as shown. Using tip #1, pipe Princess Pink #11808 flower centers. Using tip #10, pipe Golden Yellow #9535 border on bottom. Place DecoSet® ring and Butterfly Vertical DecoPic® #17870 as shown. Place warning sticker on outside of cake box.
