Barclay Road London E17

Barclay Road

Offers in excess of £800,000

A Quaint Village Family Home Take a stroll through Walthamstow Village and you will see the hustle and bustle of traditional Village life: butcher, baker, ok no candlestick maker yet!. Be warned though sleepy it ain’t. Locals and the Walthamstow Village Residents Association are constantly doing stuff. The Britain in Bloom judging days are on the horizon so the gardeners are in full swing planting new flowers and trees to make the place look even lovelier than before. The village is a place of two halves. One half idylic and beautiful and the other half urban and east London cool. The famous Ravenswood Industrial Estate contain some iconic E17 names such as Mothers Ruin Gin Palace and the only neon museum in the northern hemisphere Gods Own Junkyard. Sit at a wooden bench in a car park (yes car park) and taste some Jack of Clubs Ruby Ale made by the one and only Wild Card Brewery.
