NOTE: ESNZ rules: no callers allowed for dressage tests 95 and above

ENTRY FEE:

$45.00 Entries via Equestrian Entries. $40 no helper fee (for non TPC Members unable to supply jump judge)

Cheques to be made payable to “Tauranga Pony club” and sent to Sarah King, 72 Glue Pot Road, RD3, Oropi 3173 Online banking option: payment into Tauranga Pony Club Account welcome, please ensure rider name and ‘ODE’ are included in details: Account number: 03 0435 0022778 00 Late entries will be accepted for an extra $20.00. All TPC Members must supply the name of a helper. All other riders must supply are Jump Judges name. If no jump judge is supplied a $40 penalty will be charged, this is put towards the fee of employing jump judges for the event. Refunds will be considered if the event secretary is notified prior to the event and followed up with a written doctor’s, farriers or vet certificate verifying reason for withdrawal. There is no camping available on site.

CONDITIONS 1. All TPC Members must supply one named helper. All non TPC Members must supply one non riding jump judge or pay $40 to cover the cost of employing someone. Name and contact number must be with entry 2. Competition run under NZPCA rules for Eventing 3. Approved safety helmets, medical armbands and long sleeves must be worn in both jumping phases. 4. Safety vest must be worn for cross country phase 5. Adults to enter Adult classes 6. Compulsory gear check before every phase 7. All Tauranga Pony Club members to wear correct Pony Club Uniform – A1/DC-MT trialists ONLY can wear jackets with shirt/tie or stock for dressage. All other competitors must wear long sleeves. 8. Prize giving unmounted at conclusion of event. Riders MUST be at prize giving to receive ribbons, they will not be posted out. 9. The course will be open for walking from 12.30pm Saturday 12th March 2016 10. Tauranga Pony Club does not accept any liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, vehicles, their contents or any other personal property in any way. 11. The organiser reserves the right to alter or amend the programme 12. There is no camping available on site. People with dogs will be asked to leave the venue.
