General Parking Information All lots will open at 8AM each day of the Buckeye Country Superfest. All vehicles (except RV lots) must vacate the lot by 2AM the day following the event. Remaining vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. All reserved parking for the Buckeye Country Superfest will be sold in advance of the event. General RV Information RV parking for the Buckeye Country Superfest will be sold in advance only (they will NOT be for sale the days of the event). All RV parking spaces are numbered and pre-assigned. Permits are $350 for the 2 day event. Permits for vehicles-in-tow are $40 and available as an add-on when you purchase an RV permit. The RV lot will open at 8AM Saturday, June 20. For guests arriving early, parking is available at the Ohio State Fairgrounds on Friday nd evening. Please contact 614-644-4567. RV’s and vehicles-in-tow must vacate the lot by 6am on Monday, June 22 . If a vehicle remains in the lot, it will be towed at the owner’s expense. Directions to RV lot From the North: Take SR-315 south, exit at Ackerman Road and turn left onto Ackerman Road. Turn right onto Fred Taylor Drive. Turn left into the north end of the RV lot, just past Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. From the South: Take SR-315 north, exit at Ackerman Road and turn right onto Ackerman Road. Turn right onto Fred Taylor Drive. Turn left into the north end of the RV lot, just past Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Alcohol Policy Possession and consumption of alcohol are subject to the laws and regulations of the State of Ohio and/or City of Columbus which state: No person shall have in the person’s possession an opened container of beer or intoxicating liquor in any public place. Canvasing/Advertising Companies are prohibited from distributing free or sample products without the approval of The Ohio State University. Those who wish to organize and provide such sites or services should contact the Department of Athletics at 614-292-1848 for permission. No bills, signs, banners or tent frames may be attached to University furniture, trees, or light poles. Freestanding signs must be secure and safe, and be no larger than 4 by 4 feet. No signs causing ground penetration are permitted without prior approval. Golf Carts Use of golf carts on road ways and on campus is not permitted.

Grilling Charcoal grills or open fire pits are NOT permitted on campus. Liquid propane grills are permitted when operated according to the following safety protocols: 1. Ensure a fire extinguisher is available for use in case of fire or flare-ups 2. Propane grills must be placed at least 10 feet from structures and should not impede walkways or means of egress 3. Propane grills must be placed atop a shield, to protect the surface beneath from drips/spills 4. Use a propane grill on a level surface, avoid inclines and uneven ground 5. Place a propane grill away from brush, trees, foliage or other combustibles Guests who are interested in setting up tents or inflatables and grilling must adhere to the OSU Emergency Management and Fire Prevention policies outlined at www.go.osu.edu/tent. NO LIQUID PROPANE GRILLS OR GENERATORS ARE PERMITTED IN PARKING STRUCTURES (GARAGES). Pets All pets must be on a leash. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. Severe Weather In case of inclement weather, follow the direction of OSU Public Safety and/or Event Management officials. Smoking/Tobacco Policy The use of all types of tobacco (including and not limited to, cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars and cigarillos, hookah smoked products, pipes, oral tobacco and nasal tobacco) is prohibited in university buildings and on university-owned properties, including parking lots, garages, and outside areas. This also includes any product that mimics tobacco, contains tobacco flavoring, or delivers nicotine other than for the purpose of cessation. Tailgating Day-of-event parking spaces are available at 8AM the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Permit parking spaces and RV parking spaces are reserved for those who have purchased a parking permit. Trailers, storage units, and tailgating activities may not take up vacant parking spaces. Permits are for vehicles only. Trailers, storage units and tailgates must fit within the vehicle’s space. Tailgating activities shall not interfere with traffic flow within a parking lot. Drive lanes in lots must be maintained at all times. Parking permit holders are responsible for the functions they host in their parking spaces. Vehicle and tailgate must fit within the 8 ½’ x 15’ space provided or within the red lines. Any vehicles larger than the above will be asked to purchase an RV pass or park at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. Tents/Camping The use of camping tents is not permitted. No tents or fencing requiring staking may be set up without prior approval. Expandable 10x10 “pop-up” tents are recommended. Tents may not cover grass for more than 24 hours. Guests who are interested in setting up tents or inflatables and grilling at their tailgate must adhere to the OSU Emergency Management and Fire Prevention policies outlined at www.go.osu.edu/tent. Services Water and dumping service will be available on Sunday morning from 8-10AM. You are responsible for scheduling your water or dumping service. Please contact Porta-John at 614-989-2487. Water service will be $25 per RV. Dumping service will be $35 per RV. Shower facilities will not be provided.
