BECOME A VOLUNTEER! Please review our volunteer opportunities below and register to volunteer for the soccer season. Your contribution will greatly benefit the season’s success. By volunteering, you will help us reach our goal of developing and delivering quality youth soccer in a fun, family based environment.
Head Coach
Responsible for running the team practices and making line ups at games. No experience needed! We have a coach’s clinic and training manuals to help you along the way.
Assistant Coach
Responsible for assisting the Head Coach. No experience needed! A clinic and pamphlets available to help you. Cover the head coach when and if he/she is not available.
Referee
Knowledge of the game is helpful! Both Referee’s clinic and pamphlets are available. Start in U 6 and do just a few games this season. You are more than welcome to referee your child’s game.
Team Parent
Schedule snacks with other parents, help with picture day and end of season awards picnic. When possible we will have two on a team.
Field Setup
Help set up the field and take down equipment at the end of each session.
Youth Referee
High school age youth for refereeing. Knowledge of the game is helpful. Referee clinic available.
Register TODAY at www.ayso1658.org. Volunteers are the key to our success. If you have already registered your child but have NOT signed up to volunteer, simply log in to your AYSO account. Select MY ACCOUNT and then select VOLUNTEER. Click on FIND VOLUNTEER ROLES and sign up for a role of your choice. If you have not registered your child and would like to volunteer, please register your child first and then you can sign up to volunteer at the same time.
