Below is a list of need to know information for camp the week... *This info is general and pertains to those choosing a transportation option. Campers local to the rink who will not be taking the bus have a 9am-4pm daily camp schedule. Please read this as well for info in regard to lunch and other important details for the week.
Commonly asked questions: 1. What is for lunch? Pizza on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday/Subway on Tuesday and Thursday. 2. Will there be assistance dressing the younger players? We have coaches and counselors assigned to the dressing rooms and will assist any player who needs help with equipment and skate tying. For the Girls Gotta Play week we will have female supervision on all buses and available for locker room assistance. 3. Snack and Water? We provide coolers of bottled water on site all day as well as a variety of snacks for the players. If your son or daughter has any food allergies, please provide your own snacks and we are happy to store them in a safe place all week. 4. How should the players dress and what happens with their gear? Players should come dressed in shorts, t-shirts, and sneakers for the bus ride. We transport the gear to the rink on Monday morning and return with it on Friday afternoon. During the week, we lock up all of the player and coach’s equipment in a secure room at the rink overnight. We will have a locker room assigned exclusive for any girl players who are with us during the week. 5. Are portable electronics allowed on the bus? Yes, however we assume no responsibility should they be lost or stolen and should there be any issue with friends disagreeing over the use of these electronics we will consider confiscating for the week or asking the kids not to bring them back the remainder of the week (we’ve had no issues with them the past years at camp or on the bus). 6. How will we know if the bus is delayed on the way home? I create an email and/or text message distribution list and will communicate that way. Please keep watch for email alerts and updates to your mobile device.
