Roy and Jean Potts Belton Swim Center 624 Lake Road Belton TX 76513 (254) 215-2444 Date: Saturday 12/5/16 Times: Prelims Warmup: 8:05-8:40am, 8:40-9:15am Clear Pool: 9:15am Coaches meeting: 9:17am Meet Starts: 9:30am Finals Warmup 4:00-4:35pm General warmup 4:35-4:45pm One way Dives Clear Pool: 4:45pm Coaches meeting 4:47pm Meet Starts: 5:00pm Each team will be emailed their assigned warmup time for prelims. Finals will be open, general warmup. Each team will be responsible for supervising their team’s warmup. Diving will be allowed the last 10 minutes of each warmup in Prelims, and from 4:354:45pm during Finals. Other than off the blocks during the diving period, feet first entry in a cautious manner is required. The Top 8 times from Prelims will swim in the Finals, the next 8 will swim in the Consolation heat. Rules: 2016-17 National Federation Rules Meet Director: Jessica Myers, [email protected] Each swimmer will be allowed to enter two relays and two individual events, or one individual event and three relays, but not three individual events and one relay. Each school may enter unlimited number of swimmers in each individual event, but the only fastest 4 will score points. Each may enter 4 relays in each event, but only the fastest 2 relays for each school will score points. ENTRIES: OPENS AT NOON MONDAY 11/28/16 AND CLOSES AT NOON WEDNESDAY 11/30/16 AT NOON. The meet will be limited to the first 320 swimmers entered. We will send an email to each team confirming that we have your entries and you are in the meet. If you do not receive an email from us confirming your entries, we did not receive them and you will not be entered in the meet. We will send out a tentative psyche sheet WEDNESDAY 11/30/16 by 3:30pm. Please check your entries and report any errors.
Please email entries to: [email protected] using Hy-Tek Meet manager software. There will be NO DIVING EVENTS. The meet will score to 16 places, Relay points doubled: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each event. Team awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Girls and Guys. Entry fees will be $12 per swimmer and $12 per relay Make the Checks payable to:

Entries open Noon Monday 11/28/16 and close Wednesday 11/30/16 by NOON. Confirmation your team is in the meet will be sent at 3:30pm 11/30/16. The meet size will be limited to the first 320 swimmers. We will be pre-assigning team seating and a warm-up schedule. This will be emailed to you. We will have bleachers and folding chairs. The swimmers will not need to bring chairs. No flags or banners allowed in the Swim Center. Inform your parents it is a high school meet and on occasion swimmers may be on the bleacher side of the pool cheering for their teammates. They will not stay there, but may temporarily be there.
