Saturday 01/07/17 Warmup: 8:35-9:10am, 9:10-9:45am Clear Pool: 9:45am Coaches meeting: 9:47am Meet Starts: 10:00am Each team will be emailed their assigned warmup time Each team will be responsible for supervising their team’s warmup Diving will be allowed the last 10 minutes of each warmup Other than off the blocks during the diving period, feet first entry in a cautious manner is required Rules: 2016-17 National Federation Rules Meet Director: Jessica Myers, [email protected] Each swimmer will be allowed to enter two relays and two individual events, or one individual event and three relays, but not three individual events and one relay. Each school may enter unlimited number of swimmers in each individual event, but the only fastest 4 will score points. Each may enter 4 relays in each event, but only the fastest 2 relays for each school will score points. ENTRIES: OPENS AT NOON MONDAY 1/2/17 AND CLOSES AT NOON Wednesday 1/4/17 AT NOON. The meet will be limited to the first 320 swimmers entered. We will send an email to each team confirming that we have your entries and you are in the meet. If you do not receive an email from us confirming your entries, we did not receive them and you will not be entered in the meet. We will send out a tentative psyche sheet Wednesday 1/4/17 at 3:30PM. Please check your entries and report any errors. Please email entries to: [email protected] using Hy-Tek Meet manager software. There will be NO DIVING EVENTS. The meet will score to 16 places, Relay points doubled: 20-17-16-15-14-13-12-11-9-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 Medals will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places in each event. Team awards for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Girls and Guys.
Entry fees will be $12 per swimmer and $12 per relay

Entries open Noon Monday 1/2/17 and close Wednesday 1/4/17 by NOON. Confirmation your team is in the meet will be sent at 12:30pm 1/5/17. The meet size will be limited to the first 320 swimmers. We will be pre-assigning team seating and a warm-up schedule. This will be emailed to you. We will have bleachers and folding chairs. The swimmers will not need to bring chairs. No flags or banners allowed in the Swim Center. Inform your parents it is a high school meet and on occasion swimmers may be on the bleacher side of the pool cheering for their teammates. They will not stay there, but may temporarily be there.
