A Bylaw to amend the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw to coordinate the bylaw number for the new Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw.

___________________________________________________________________ The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows:

Citation 1.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw, No. 3814, 2013, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 3987”.

Administration 2.

That the Bylaw Notice Enforcement Bylaw No. 3814, 2013 be amended by replacing the heading “Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw No. 3602” with the heading “Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw No. 3972” in Schedule A.

Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017.
