MTI Amendment No. 3988 Controlled Substance Nuisance
TICKET INFORMATION AMENDMENT BYLAW NO. 3988
A bylaw to amend the Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw to coordinate the bylaw number for the new Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw.
The Council of the Corporation of the City of Port Coquitlam enacts as follows:
Citation 1.
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Ticket Information Utilization Bylaw, 1992, No. 2743, Amendment Bylaw, 2017, No. 3988.”
Administration 2.
That the Municipal Ticket Information Bylaw No. 2743 be amended by replacing the heading “Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw No. 3602” with the heading “Controlled Substance Nuisance Bylaw No. 3972” in Schedule 20 of the Bylaw.
Read a first time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a second time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017. Read a third time by the Municipal Council this 28th day of February, 2017.
