vs SENIOR DAY! Before today’s contest the Benedictine University Athletic Department and the men’s volleyball team will honor senior #8 Jeremy Villarreal. Jeremy has spent the last three seasons with the Eagles and has played in 63 matches and recorded 79 kills and 219 digs.
LAST TIME OUT On Friday night the Benedictine men’s volleyball team won their third straight MCVL contest, defeating Marian in four sets. Elijah Medlock had a career high 18 kills while Markus Riemer recorded 37 assists and 11 digs.
ABOUT LAKELAND Lakeland is currently .500 on the season with an 11-11 overall record and an 8-8 MCVL mark. The Muskies are currently on a three-match losing streak, facing three tough opponents in MSOE, MSJ and Dominican. Lakeland currently sits in the third slot in the MCVL Western Division.
