BENIN VISA REQUIREMENTS AND INSTRUCTIONS READ CAREFULLY: Incomplete or delayed submission of the visa application can result in you missing your program! To apply for your visas:

Please type the application following the instructions below and referencing the example provided in this document.
Before printing confirm: o All personal information is completed. o Do not indicate a “passport number,” “issued on,” or “valid until”. o Do not indicate a “type of passport”. o Nationality is indicated as “U.S. Citizen”. o Profession/Occupation is indicated as “Peace Corps Volunteer”. o Current address is indicated as your Home of Record.
Print 2 copies.
Sign each copy legibly enough that your name can be read from your signature.
Date the 2 visa forms.
NOTE: If you make a mistake on your visa application, please fill out a new one. The embassy will not accept visa applications that contain information which has been whited out or crossed out.
Visa Application Check List Filled out and signed 2 visa forms Include 2 2”x 2” photos (in addition to the 2 photos needed for your passport application for a total of 4 photos). 1
If you have trouble accessing the visa application form, please contact the Country Desk Officer at the extension or email listed on your Invitation email.
