Sabine Hartmann, a Senior Training Consultant with Richardson for more than six years, applies her expertise in sales, coaching, negotiations, strategic account management, and business development to design and lead programs focused on developing skills for individuals, teams, and entire organizations.

Before transitioning to a senior training role, Sabine worked as Sales Director of Global Professional Services in Central Europe for Computer Associates, an IT products and services provider based in the US. In this role, she worked with multinational finance, service, and manufacturing organizations, using her background and experience to effectively implement strategic change with highperformance teams.

With 21 years of sales management expertise and ten years of sales training and coaching experience, Sabine has worked with all levels of sales and sales management teams across many industries including technology, telecommunication, financial services, and manufacturing.

Based in Germany, Sabine delivers training and coaching in English and German. Sabine has delivered programs for a wide range of companies including: Dell Computer Corporation, StorageTec, HP, Deutsche Telekom, Deutsche Bank, Sal Oppenheim, FedEx, BMW and Softlab.

Sabine holds an MBA in Economic, majoring in International Banking. She also has an academic degree in Computer Sciences. She has lived in a number of countries around the world and therefore has gained broad international experience and cultural understanding Sabine has led seminars in English and German and has good conversational commands in French and Spanish.
