BY KNOWING AND CUPPING THEIR CROP EACH YEAR THE HARTMANN FAMILY IS ABLE TO CONTINUALLY IMPROVE AND EXPERIMENT WITH THEIR COFFEES. THIS HAS RESULTED IN SOME REALLY UNIQUE AND EXCEPTION OFFERINGS. This small family farm is currently run by five siblings who each play a unique role in the growth, production and tourism of the farm. Ratibor plays a pivotal role in delivering the coffees to the speciality market as a certified Q grader who manages the lab, sample roasting, cupping and quality control. The farm is lush and green with an emphasis on sustainable farming practices that will preserve their beautiful and historical piece of family history for many years to come. The wildlife is abundant and Finca Hartmann is also a destination for eco-tourism and bird enthusiasts. This is the lot on a farm where an infamous tiger used to hang out.
