Course Catalog The BirdDog LMS module features a Course Catalog that lists all available employee training. The courses can be divided into Institutes and Categories that allow a more focused search related to specific topics or areas of training. In addition, courses can be assigned a relationship to competencies setup in the Performance Evaluation module. The purpose is to allow an individual to create a focused training search related to a specific, identified work area. Courses that have been taken or are Required/Recommended for the employee are flagged in the catalog for easy identification.
Associate courses to competencies to ensure employees have the resources they need to be successful.
Real-Time Dashboard Reporting Tools One of the most valuable features of a cloud-based application should be access to critical data, in real-time, that enable leaders to make better decisions. To get the most from learning and performance management data, the BirdDog LMS offers real-time dashboard reporting.
Real-time reporting keeps managers up to date with learning adoption and test results.
With over 25 configurable reporting widgets, managers and executives can customize their own reporting dashboard to track the metrics that are business critical. The BirdDog LMS offers a library of over 200 skills tests and offers companies the ability to add in its custom and proprietary skills tests. Companies can use skills test scores to track the best and brightest employees and easily identify subject matter experts on any topic.
