Course Catalog The BirdDog LMS module features a Course Catalog that lists all available employee training. The courses can be divided into Institutes and Categories that allow a more focused search related to specific topics or areas of training. In addition, courses can be assigned a relationship to competencies setup in the Performance Evaluation module. The purpose is to allow an individual to create a focused training search related to a specific, identified work area. Courses that have been taken or are Required/Recommended for the employee are flagged in the catalog for easy identification.
