Turkey,   Cucumber,   and  Hummus   Lettuce  Wraps  

 

Ingredients:   •

4  leaves  Iceberg  lettuce  



4  slices  roasted  turkey  



½  cucumber,  sliced  



2  Tbsp.  hummus  



Any  other  veggies  such  as:   avocado,  sliced  peppers,  or   tomato  

1.

Take  a  leaf  of  lettuce  and   spread  hummus  on  top  of   lettuce  

2.

Top  lettuce  with  turkey,   cucumber,  and  other  veggies  

3.

Place  second  leaf  of  lettuce  on   top  and  roll  up  to  make  a  wrap
