Step 1 — Battery 

Place your Blackberry face down in front of you.



Locate the indent on the bottom of the back cover.



Use your fingernail to lift and remove the back cover.

From the top, use your fingernail to lift and remove the battery.



Make sure phone is face down with the battery removed.

Step 4 — SIM Card

Place thumb on bottom of SIM card. Apply light pressure and slide SIM card up.

Step 6

Lift up and remove.
