** Mortgage Service Commitment fee is deferred until the beginning of the 2nd fiscal year from the date that membership begins. *** New members who belonged to a USCJ shul 2 years prior to joining BSO and paid toward that synagogue’s Mortgage Commitment will receive 2 years of credit towards their BSO rate.
