SFBSA Meeting Agenda: October 12, 2014
1. Roll Call/Sign In Sheet: There were 17 people present at the meeting including Board members.
2. Treasurer’s Report: Damon provided financials that show that we have $24,374 in the bank.
3. Boys Commissioners Report: Nothing new to report.
4. Girls Commissioners Report: Gina wasn’t present at meeting.
5. Old Business: No Old Business Discussed 6. New Business: a. Nominations for Open Board Positions: i. President: Paul Brinsky will be the new President. ii. Boys Commissioner: Damon Solomon & Carl Satira were both nominated for Boys Commissioner. This position will be voted on at the November meeting. iii. Equipment Manager: Justin Yates will continue in this position. iv. Concessions Manager: Bill Varley will be the new Concessions Manager.
v. Secretary: Laura Lamonde will continue in this position. b. Other Positions: i. Bud Bender resigned as Vice President. Dan Misner will take over the remainder of his term. ii. As Damon Solomon, current Treasurer, was nominated for Boys Commissioner, the Treasurer position opened. Dave Nugro will be the new Treasurer. iii. A newly created position of Tournament Director was created – Adam D’Alessandro will be the Tournament Director. c. Metro, AAU, In-House: This was briefly discussed, to be continued with discussion at next meeting. d. Concessions was discussed: The concession stand hasn’t been opened for fall ball/fall Metro. Rich discussed that he would be willing to open it if someone let him know when the games are being played, etc. 7. Close:
