Booking Terms and Conditions Hours of operation and Liquor License restriction Wild on Waiheke is fully licensed and we operate a bar and restaurant facility, therefore we do not allow BYO. All our products can be purchased to take-away. Our license operates from 9 am – midnight, 7 days per week for group bookings. Weather Conditions As the majority of our activities are conducted outdoors, the weather may prevent us from running the event in a safe and suitable environment. Wild on Waiheke reserves the right to cancel or postpone activities if they feel the conditions are unsuitable. Alternately we may offer to substitute the outdoor activities with indoor Team Tactic activities for Wild Woozey bookings. In the event that the weather makes it unsuitable to conduct any of our activities, the client can choose between transferring the event to an alternative date, or come for lunch anyway and a full refund will be given on the activities portion. We do not charge administrative fees for weather cancellations made by Wild on Waiheke. Booked Times: Due to the high demand for our activities, the confirmed start time will be the time the activities begin, therefore please arrive 10 minutes before your activity to check in. For late arrivals, Wild on Waiheke reserves the right to: - Reduce the time of your activities (ie if you start later, your finish time remains as booked) - Charge additional costs to cover extra staffing (only offered if no booking is directly after yours & staff can reschedule) - Cancel the booking with no refund given Group Booking Deposits Activity Bookings
