S.O.P. – Bottled Water & Bottle Tags

Bottled Water and Bottle Tags Program Summary: New process for giving out bottled water has been implemented. For complete compliance, all hotels are required by March 1 for hotel room attendants to place one (1) bottle of water with a Hello Rewards bottle tag in each guest room, whether or not the guest is a Hello Rewards member, on day of check-in. Note that only one water bottle per stay will be provided.

Objective: To provide complimentary water to all of our guests and promote the Hello Rewards guest recognition program.

Procedure: Each Room Attendant, must place one water bottle in each guest room ONLY on day of check in. Only one water bottle PER STAY will be provided. (NOT ONE WATER BOTTLE PER DAY). Water is available upon request. Water bottles should be stocked in the storage rooms for easy access. The Room Attendant that cleans departure rooms should carry one case of water on the base of their cart as well as a stack of water bottle tags. The Hello Rewards bottle tag must be placed around the water bottle with label facing forward as indicated in the picture below. These water bottle tags can be reused and should only be replaced when damaged. Place the bottle of water to the left of the television. As always, the surface where the water bottle is placed must remain very clean at all times. Ordering Information: • Bottled water is ordered through Birchstreet as part of our current HSM agreement. The water will be using for in room is the Arrowhead 16.9 oz., 24 per pack. • Hello Rewards Bottle Tag are supplied by MarComet and can be ordered at RLHCbyHD.com. Please reference the picture for placement standards.
