BOY’S ELITE VOLLEYBALL CAMP JULY 27-28, 2016
The Boys Elite Volleyball camp is open to all individuals heading into the 10th grade or higher. The training sessions will target high level position-specific skills and team training. The elite camp's objective is to help enhance each player's game experience and prepare them for college level volleyball. Please remember to specify on the application which position you wish to concentrate on. Registration and check-in will be open between 1-2 pm. The first session will begin a half hour after registration closes. Athletes will check out of the dorms during the second day of camp and conclude with the last training session. More information will be mailed/e-mailed after the application is received. Application deadline for this camp is July 10, 2016 or until full. Questions? PARENTAL RELEASE AND PARTICIPANT WAIVER AGREEMENT. I herby grant permission for _________________________ (the Participant) to attend and fully participate in the Lewis Volleyball Camp and I hereby release DLF Camps LLC (Hereinafter Camp), its agents and employees from any liability therein. I am aware of no condition which would prohibit the Participant from participating in any activities of the Camp therein. ________________________ (the Participant) has received a physical examination within the last twelve (12) months. In consideration for permission to use the Lewis facilities, I hereby agree to assume all risk of injury which may occur as a result of using such facilities. I further agree to release and hold Lewis, its officers, trustees, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, damages costs or cause of action which the Participant may have or raise in the future as a result of injures or damages sustained or incurred while using the Lewis facilities. By my signature affixed below, I acknowledge the risk involved and assume all responsibility for the safety and conduct of the Participant while using the Lewis facilities. LOCATION The Boy’s Elite Volleyball Camp is held on the campus of Lewis University (One University Parkway, Romeoville, IL, 60446), which is located north of Highway 80 off of Route 53. Please visit lewisu.edu/ campuses for detailed directions and maps.
FACILITIES - JFK SPORTS CENTER Neil Carey Arena, the proud home of Flyer Volleyball and Basketball Teams, features a spacious main arena with 2 volleyball courts, bleacher seating and an upper deck. The Student Recreation Center is a 50,000 square foot field house with four interchangeable multipurpose courts, electronic drop down curtains and a surrounding 1/8 mile track.
HOUSING AND MEALS All resident campers will be housed in an airconditioned university residence hall. Meals will be served in the campus cafeteria. Please notify us if you have any specific food allergies.
