Blue Springs High School Girls/Boys Tennis Camp 2016 When: Monday, June 13 – Thursday, June 16 Where: BSHS Tennis Courts (Baumgardner Park) Park at Centennial Pool or at BSHS Cost: $50.00 per camper (includes T-shirt) Camp Schedule (keep times for your records) Boys & Girls entering grades 9-12: 8:00 am – 9:30 am (MUST BE a BSHS Student) Boys & Girls entering grades 1-4: 10:00 am – 11:15 am Boys & Girls entering grades 5-8: 11:30 am – 1:00 pm ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I further agree to waive liability of the camp coaches for any accident, illness, or other mishap that might befall the camper named in this application while traveling to and from, or during attendance at camp. I understand that the Blue Springs School District does not provide insurance for injuries incurred during a camp/clinic.
