Preparation Method :

1. First, simmer the abalone and goose feet until cooked. 2. Place the vegetables on a plate with the cooked abalone and goose feet on top of it. 3. Bring the opened KNORR Authentic Superior Stock, KNORR Premium Oyster Sauce, KNORR Chicken Powder and sugar to broil , then add KNORR KINGSFORD’S Cornstarch to lightly thicken the sauce.

Tip or Inspiration: Abalones are expensive ingredient used in Chinese cuisine and should be processed carefully.
