Preparation 1 Blanch the old chicken and abalones. Rinse and put them in a stew pot. Slice and blanch the Yunnan ham.

2. Add KNORR Concentrated Chicken Bouillon and KNORR Authentic Superior Stock to the stew pot and steam in a steamer for 4 hours. Remove the pot from the steamer, then add sliced ham. It is ready to be served.
