2014 marks the 21 edition of Western NY’s preeminent Spring Monument. The course is on a 17 mile loop of beautiful terrain around Bristol Mountain. Each field will have a neutral roll out from the Levi Corser Memorial Park staging area which is located at 6740 County Rd 32; Canandaigua, NY 14424. Recommended gearing is 11-25. st th Online registration will open March 1 and close on May 8 . NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION. Check-In opens day of event at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 9:30 a.m. Held under USAC Cycling Event Permit # 2014-947 rain, snow, or shine.

Promoter reserves right to combine or cancel fields. One day licenses available for junior and citizen racers for additional $15 during online registration. st Online registration will open on March 1 , 2014. Cancellation refunds will be honored as long as you st request to cancel your registration prior to May 1 , 2014. You will get a full refund minus $3 and the online registration processing fee. th No day of registration. Online registration closes at by 8 p.m. May 8 , 2014. Sign in begins at 8 a.m. and closes at 9:30 a.m. day of race. Current USA Cycling license or UCI license (Canadian racers) must be presented at sign in. Proof may be in the form of a physical license or using the “My USAC” mobile application. Chip timing technology provided for results reporting. Maximum field limit of 50 riders for all categories. Minimum field limit of 10 riders per category. Otherwise it will be cancelled or combined. Different fields may not ride together during the race unless they start at the same time. There will be multiple fields on the race course at one time. Please stay to your right and hold your line when being passed. Neutralize if necessary to avoid interfering. At all times racers will remain to the right of the center of the road and will not be permitted to cross over the center line; this rule is strictly enforced by the race officials. A ‘Broom Wagon’ will follow along course loop to collect riders who have abandoned. st The team with most pre-registered riders by May 1 at 8 a.m. will have a free VIP tent set up at event. Pre-registered rider must have team name listed when completing registration. Overall team cup award based on cumulative points. (3 best rider placing’s in each race field). Points are st th 40, 34, 30, 26, 23, 20, 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1 from 1 to 20 respectively. Each group will roll out of parking lot going East onto Route 32 (Bristol Road). The riders will continue East on Route 32 under neutralized conditions and right onto Route 64 (Bristol Valley Road) for .75 miles before racing begins. The neutral start will last approximately one mile. During the Neutral Start, no racing will be permitted. Donations to the Mike Coyle Memorial Fund are appreciated. Raffle prizes will be awarded after racing based randomly on race bib numbers. Must be present to win.
