Welcome quilters! This weekend is for you. Come, relax and enjoy the company of new friends, great food and of course, quilting, quilting, quilting! (Please NOTE: ALL Retreaters MUST be 18 years of age or older!) Cost: $100 per person (Lodging NOT included)

Where: The Creation Station Retreat Center 252 E. Hwy 246 Unit D Buellton, CA 93427
*Please note… Our “kitchenette” has a refrigerator, small freezer, convection oven, microwave, and sink. We'll have bottled water, coffee, tea and all the utensils.
When: Doors open at 8 am Friday morning. Doors close 3pm Sunday afternoon. Lodging: Lodging is available nearby but not included in the retreat fee. You may stay wherever you like. Hotel information is listed on the back of this sheet. IMPORTANT!!! Make hotel reservations early! Our Valley is a very popular destination and rooms book quickly especially during peak seasons. Meals: Friday night is our POTLUCK so bring your favorite dish(es) to share. Saturday night welcomes the return of our SOUP SUPPER! Prepared by The Creation Station, a VARIETY OF SOUP, salad and bread served with all the trimmings! Breakfasts and Lunches are on your own. For special dietary needs please plan to make your own arrangements, Thank you. Keep in mind there are always plenty of leftovers.
What to expect: Graze and Sew! Graze and Sew! -- All in your favorite fuzzy slippers! It’s B.Y.O.P (bring your own project) and EACH QUILTER has their own 6' table! What to Bring? Confirmations are sent out approximately one month prior to each retreat. At that time, you will receive a suggested “packing list” of things previous “Brown Baggers” recommend you not forget! Please Note!! Space for our special get-away is limited and seats sell out quickly. NEW CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make sure that everyone understands our cancellation policy BEFORE
you register for a retreat. We make no exceptions to this policy. Sorry to sound stern but we need to keep this "black and white" policy fair for everyone. The following is our current and continuing cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel, you must contact us either by telephone or in person. Cancelations received at least 60 days prior to retreat date will receive a full refund at time of cancelation.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat, a full refund will only occur if your seat is filled from our waiting list. Every attempt will be made to fill your space from our waiting list, however we do not begin taking names for our waiting list until a retreat is sold out.
If your space is filled from our waiting list, we will refund your fee after the date of your cancelled retreat or you may use your refund fee toward the purchase of a future open retreat date.
Retreat fee does not constitute “ownership” of your space. You may not sell, trade or barter your space to anyone else.
