Welcome quilters! This weekend is for you. Come, relax and enjoy the company of new friends, great food and of course, quilting, quilting, quilting! (Please NOTE: ALL Retreaters MUST be 18 years of age or older!) Cost: $100 per person (Lodging NOT included) Add the prior Wed & / Thurs for $50 each day for an Extended 4 / 5 day option. When: Doors open at 8 am Friday morning. Doors close 3pm Sunday afternoon.
Lodging: Lodging is available nearby but not
included in the retreat fee. You may stay wherever you like. Hotel information is listed on the back.
For special dietary needs please plan to make your own arrangements, Thank you. Keep in mind there are always plenty of leftovers. We'll have bottled water, coffee, tea and all the utensils. IMPORTANT! If you have special dietary dangers or
allergies please let us know at time of registration. *Please note… Our “kitchenette” has a refrigerator,
small freezer, convection oven, microwave, and sink. Chair Massage: On Saturday, our friend and local masseuse, Mattie Cano, will be on-hand to lend her talent to our aching backs. Relaxing chair massages will be available for a small fee $1 per min. After sewing all day Friday it’s a nice treat!!

Meals: Friday night is our POTLUCK so bring your favorite dish(es) to share. Saturday night welcomes the return of our SOUP SUPPER! Prepared by The Creation Station, 2 SOUPS, salad and bread served with all the trimmings! Also know that Breakfasts and Lunches are on your own.

NEW CANCELLATION POLICY: We want to make sure that everyone understands our cancellation policy BEFORE
you register for a retreat. We make no exceptions to this policy. Sorry to sound stern but we need to keep this "black and white" policy fair for everyone. The following is our current and continuing cancellation policy:
Should you need to cancel, you must contact us either by telephone or in person. Cancelations received at least 60 days prior to retreat date will receive a full refund at time of cancelation.
If you cancel less than 60 days prior to the retreat, a full refund will only occur if your seat is filled from our waiting list. Every attempt will be made to fill your space from our waiting list, however we do not begin taking names for our waiting list until a retreat is sold out.
If your space is filled from our waiting list, we will refund your fee after the date of your cancelled retreat or you may use your refund fee toward the purchase of a future open retreat date.
Retreat fee does not constitute “ownership” of your space. You may not sell, trade or barter your space to anyone else.
