Brewster Street Ice House Party Policy Reservations cannot be made on certain black‐out dates. Reservations for certain areas w/out paid cover must not go past 8:30pm. Order at Will parties have a reserved time limit of approximately three hours. After three hours, reserved signs will be removed. Order at Will parties booked for a Friday or Saturday in the month of December will be required to pay a $75 reservation fee per table. Regarding catered parties; a $75 buffet service fee will be added to any parties not meeting the $300 minimum purchase of food and beverage. Menu changes made less than five business days prior may be subject to additional service charges. Signed contract and credit card information will be required five business days prior to your event. Head count and pre‐order will also be confirmed at this time. Pre‐order Party Cancellation Policy:
72 ‐48 hours out 35% of total will be owed 47 ‐36 hours out 50% of total will be owed Less than 24 hours 100% will be owed
Per person seating is only guaranteed when ordering off the Seated Dinner Menu. If 50% of your party does not show, we have the right to reclaim any tables not being used. All Reunions will require a $250 reservation fee when booked. Reservations will only be held over for 30 minutes, if no guests have arrived by this time your reservation will be considered CANCELLED.
Brewster Street Ice House Concert Policy Code Green Concert: There is no cover charge or reservation fee for any guest inside the icehouse before 8:30pm. Code Yellow Concert: Cover charge will apply to all guests staying for the concert past 8:30pm. There is a reservation fee of $50 per reserved table or a minimum of $350 in pre‐purchased food or bar on the night of a code yellow concert. Code Red Concert: Cover charge will apply to all guests staying for the concert past 8:30pm. The VIP section on a Code Red has a 50 person minimum and a $2500 minimum to be met with pre‐purchased food and bar combined or $250 reservation fee per table. There is only one VIP section available per Code Red Concert.
Brewster Street Ice House Pre-Purchase Bar Policy Brewster Bucks (Drink Tickets) are only offered when you choose to pre‐ order food. $3 Brewster Bucks may be used only for: Draft Beer, Domestic Bottles, House Wine, Well Drinks & Margaritas. 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. NO REFUNDS will be allowed once the purchase is confirmed with a credit card. Brewster Bucks must be purchased one day prior to event, at minimum. Brewster Bucks may be redeemed on the day of event only, no exceptions. After all are used, regular beverage prices apply. Brewster Bucks may not be purchased on the day of event. Brewster Street Ice House Open Bar Policy You may designate the dollar amount you would like to have put on your tab. If your tab is not met the night of your event, you may use it at another time. NO REFUNDS will be allowed once the purchase is confirmed with a credit card. Your guests will receive color coded wristbands for the bar For every 25 bar drinks purchased on your pre‐determined bar tab you will receive one complimentary drink on us. 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.

Brewster Street Ice House Party Policy Reservations cannot be made on certain black‐out dates. Reservations for certain areas w/out paid cover must not go past 8:30pm. Order at Will parties have a reserved time limit of approximately three hours. After three hours, reserved signs will be removed. Order at Will parties booked for a Friday or Saturday in the month of December will be required to pay a $75 reservation fee per table. Regarding catered parties; a $75 buffet service fee will be added to any parties not meeting the $300 minimum purchase of food and beverage. Menu changes made less than five business days prior may be subject to additional service charges. Signed contract and credit card information will be required five business days prior to your event. Head count and pre‐order will also be confirmed at this time. Pre‐order Party Cancellation Policy:

Per person seating is only guaranteed when ordering off the Seated Dinner Menu. If 50% of your party does not show, we have the right to reclaim any tables not being used. All Reunions will require a $250 reservation fee when booked. Reservations will only be held over for 30 minutes, if no guests have arrived by this time your reservation will be considered CANCELLED.
Brewster Street Ice House Concert Policy Code Green Concert: There is no cover charge or reservation fee for any guest inside the icehouse before 8:30pm. Code Yellow Concert: Cover charge will apply to all guests staying for the concert past 8:30pm. There is a reservation fee of $50 per reserved table or a minimum of $350 in pre‐purchased food or bar on the night of a code yellow concert. Code Red Concert: Cover charge will apply to all guests staying for the concert past 8:30pm. The VIP section on a Code Red has a 50 person minimum and a $2500 minimum to be met with pre‐purchased food and bar combined or $250 reservation fee per table. There is only one VIP section available per Code Red Concert.
Brewster Street Ice House Pre-Purchase Bar Policy Brewster Bucks (Drink Tickets) are only offered when you choose to pre‐ order food. $3 Brewster Bucks may be used only for: Draft Beer, Domestic Bottles, House Wine, Well Drinks & Margaritas. 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. NO REFUNDS will be allowed once the purchase is confirmed with a credit card. Brewster Bucks must be purchased one day prior to event, at minimum. Brewster Bucks may be redeemed on the day of event only, no exceptions. After all are used, regular beverage prices apply. Brewster Bucks may not be purchased on the day of event. NO REFUNDS will be allowed once the purchase is confirmed with a credit card. Your guests will receive color coded wristbands for the bar For every 25 bar drinks purchased on your pre‐determined bar tab you will receive one complimentary drink on us. 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill.
