Public Board Meeting Minutes
Attendance: BBA Board: Darren Hansen , Jay Rassat, Phil Giddings, Troy Wachter, Ed Cox, Stacey Braun, Troy Schwartz, Jeremy Gatz , Mark West, Josh Morrisette , Kevin Brisk 8:42pm – call meeting to order 1. Secretary report – Nothing from last meeting. New board members took office. 2. Financial Report – a. Balance $21,125 with approximately $1,000 still owed and approximately $1,000 left to be deposited Darren motioned to accept the financial report Second by Jay 0 opposed motion passed. 3. New business. a. The city is putting in a softball batting cage out side of field six. Just for info b. No other new business 4. Old Business. a. Credit given to the Skoog and Gleasman families for there volunteer hours Jay motioned to award the credit second by Darren 0 opposed motion passed. Darren motioned to adjourn Ed second motion passed. Meeting adjourned at 9:13 pm
