BUNTING BULLETIN Serving with Wycliffe Bible Translators
Greetings from the Land of Travel and Stress
While in Korea our favorite meal was Korean BBQ. We cooked the meat at our table; the kids loved it!

We have been packed and traveling since June 12th, when we left Manila. Val was sick in our last week in the Philippines; needless to say, that greatly increased our stress levels as we tried to pack and prepare to leave. We then had five days to visit friends in South Korea (via an extended layover to the U.S.); we had a wonderfully relaxing time there. Once we touched down in San Francisco, we were off and running: unpacking our things in storage and preparing them to be shipped to Florida; car shopping; seeing people; sharing in our churches; and even a two day camping vacation in Yosemite National Park. With no success of buying a vehicle, we drove a rental vehicle to Iowa; we had several great stops visiting friends and family. Now we are in Iowa: we are continuing our effort in partnership development; visiting people; sharing in churches; and we even successfully bought a vehicle! (A huge blessing!) On July 24-31 we will fly down to Orlando, FL to participate in Wycliffe Connections, a debriefing program for returning missionaries (Nate will eventually be on staff with this program). We’ve extended our time there in hopes we will be fully supported and do some house shopping. If at full partnership we hope to move from Iowa to Florida in the 2nd week of August; school will start for the kids on August 14th.
Please Partner with Our Wycliffe Ministry! Through this stressful summer we know that people’s prayers have sustained us. Our prayer partners get additional updates, so they can be lifting up our concerns. Please contact us if you’d like to join this team. We still have a great need for financial partnership! Primarily, we need people who are willing to be regular financial partners. No amount is too small to be a part of this team. We had one partner start at $2 per month and has since increased; currently, our regular financial partners give anywhere from $10 - $400 per month. Would you prayerfully consider joining this team? If you are already on this team, would you prayerfully consider increasing? You can join this team in one of two ways: Go online to https://www.wycliffe.org/partner/84B93D OR
We enjoyed camping at Yosemite National Park, before leaving California with our friends. Yosemite Falls is in the background.

How Are the Kids Doing? Our kids have done quite well with all the travels and changes. They’ve also been able to enjoy Vacation Bible School, play with cousins and old friends. However, they are looking forward to being settled. Both Trina and Drew are looking forward to school starting; if in Florida it will be August 14th, if in Iowa it will be August 23rd.
We’re almost there! We only need $531 more per month.
In particular, please pray for Drew. He does not like changes and life has been full of them since May. He is tired of change. For that reason, please pray we can be fully funded to move to Florida soon and pray that we can find a house to lease when visiting Florida at the end of July. Once in Florida, please pray that we would find a church quickly. It would be great if we could minimize the number of transitions and changes in his life.

God’s Goodness Praises: We have a vehicle! Travel has gone well! Prayer Requests: Our partnership teams will grow. That we will be able to move to Florida in August. That we will continue to do well with the stresses that come our way. That we will have a good focus and be ready to start our new ministries. That Drew will learn to rely on God with all the changes he faces. That we have a great, refreshing time at Wycliffe Connections.
Over and over again we have seen God’s goodness in our lives this summer. We have all remained healthy and safe through all our travels. We’ve had many encouraging conversations and eaten our fill of good ‘ole American food with partners. For people in transition, we can’t complain, God has been gracious and has shown us his love daily. We praise him for his goodness.
Our Summer Schedule July 24-29 attend Wycliffe’s transitional program in Orlando August 1 fly back to Iowa August 6 move to Florida (prayerfully!)
