I'm a low voltage contractor who spends a lot of time in crawlspaces. I've used headlights for many years and always bought camping them through REI and Cabela's. a few years back I was working at a company that installs hydraulic systems. Even though they don't really do retail, I saw the outback display on their counter. I asked why and the owner said because they were the BEST and it was cheaper to sell them. Boy was he right! The light output is OUTSTANDING! Once I removed the top headstrap it fits my head great. The red lights are useful when there are 3 or 4 of us so we don't blind each other. The only problem is that they seem to disapear whenever I shown to other guys. After 2 years I found the only weak point in the hinge but then again you can only sit on it so many times before it breaks. So I bought 2 more so I got a backup.
