BUSINESS INCUBATOR OFFERS YOU:

• Business development support for one hour a week with an assigned business developer • Your own work space with access to Internet, printer and cafeteria.
• Support from our business development support team including your specially assigned business development officer one day per week, who has full focus on developing your company and its management.
• Access to conference rooms equipped with technical resources.
• Your own work space with access to Internet, printer and cafeteria.
A creative meetspace where you have access to a network of different expertise.
• Access to conference rooms equipped with technical resources.
• Interesting lectures and seminars within topical subjects

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS INCUBATOR:
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR BUSINESS INCUBATOR+:
• A possible turnover of at least 10 million SEK.
• A possible turnover of at least 100 million SEK.
• At least 50% commitment from the entrepreneur or CEO, becoming 100% during the first year.
• Focus on an international market.
• A pre-study (step three of the admission process) that answers the following questions: 1. Market needs 2. Verification of the product or service 3. A financial plan 4. Team/organisation
• Full time commitment from the entrepreneur/CEO. • A team in place (at least two people from the start). • A pre-study (step three of the admission process) that answers the following questions: 1. Market needs 2. Verification of the product or service 3. A financial plan 4. Team/organisation
COSTS: Work space 2000 SEK a month (The rent will be subsidized by 50% for the first six months).
COSTS: Business development support 2000 SEK per month.
Service fee 200 SEK per person per month.
Work space 2000 SEK per company per month (The rent will be subsidized by 50% for the first six months).
STEP-BY-STEP ADMISSION PROCESS: • Apply for the program on our website (www.sphalmstad.se). Fill in an application form and mail it to us. • Attend an interview to make sure you and your idea fulfil our admission requirements. • If you are accepted we can start a three-month pre-study. During that time, we offer you a work space at Science Park and the help you need to complete your pre-study. You can of course conduct your pre-study from some where else. • Once the pre-study is complete it will form the basis of whether your company: 1. is offered a place in Business Incubator+ 2. is offered a place in Business Incubator 3. is not offered a place at the Science Park Once your company is admitted we will establish an individual plan of action. Together we will be evaluating the plan every six months, resulting in whether it is good for you to remain at the incubator.
