Camelback Kiwanis Board Meeting Minutes September 21, 2016 Attendees: Joe Moroney, Michael Loftus, Michael Lowry, John Webster, John Glass, Jim Danovich, Stefan Dicks, Greg Cygan and Barry Paceley. President Moroney called the meeting to order at 6:15pm, The Village conference room. Secretary’s Report: August 25, 2016 minutes reviewed and unanimously approved. Treasurer’s Report: Presented and approved. COMMITTEE REPORTS International Relations: No report. Membership: New member report: Tim Henderson (Remove). Candidates: Justin Rosales was approved by the Board. Golf Committee: No report. Fellowship: No report. School Support: School year is just starting, no Kiwanis actions. Arcadia High School Key Club is current looking for a faculty sponsor. OLD BUSINESS: Jim Danovich has accepted the office of Treasurer. NEW BUSINESS: Scott Holcomb has requested additional help to the club’s service work. Backpack buddies: Mike Loftus to coordinate. Camelback Montessori: Joe Moroney to coordinate new Key Club. Arcadia High Key Club: John Webster will contact principal to determine if the club should or can be activated for this school year. Next CBK Board meeting is scheduled for October 14, 2016, 6:00pm at the Loftus estate. Meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM.
