Dear Campers, “I hope you are looking forward to another exciting summer of hoops. Camp Excel is built on individual instruction and fundamentals. Our goal as a staff is to allow you the opportunity to become a better player. While basketball teams come together in the winter, basketball players are made in the summer.” From early in the morning until late at night campers have an opportunity to learn and improve under the guidance of the Cal Men’s Basketball Staff. During camp you will see and work with Head Coach Bill Brown and his assistants. Every coach brings a wealth of experience and basketball knowledge to the court. Every camper will receive individual - 1 on 1 - instruction from the California University staff and other selected high school and college coaches, as well as current and former college players.
