The “Referrer” refers to the individual that is submitting details of their friend or colleague. The “Referred” refers to the individual that is being submitted by the “Referrer” for a position. 1.
To be eligible for the Referral Scheme, the Referrer must either: i. Be engaged on a current temporary contract via Daniel Owen Ltd ii. Have started in a permanent position in the previous 6 months via Daniel Owen Ltd iii. Have completed a temporary contract on behalf of Daniel Owen in the previous 3 months 2. The Referrer must have the permission of the Referred before providing their details to Daniel Owen Ltd, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 3. Daniel Owen Ltd must not have already received details of the Referred prior to the referral being made, or have the Referred registered on the company database. 4. The Referrer has responsibility for contacting Daniel Owen Ltd to claim vouchers 5. ££ will be issued to the Referrer if the Referred is placed in to a temporary position within 6 months of the referral, and successfully complete their first 5 days 6. The Referrer will not be eligible for vouchers for any placement made after the first 6 months 7. There is no alternative prize and the vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. 8. Vouchers are issued at Daniel Owens Ltd’s discretion. 9. This promotion is not open to employees of Daniel Owen Ltd. 10. Daniel Owen Ltd reserves the right to terminate the scheme at any time.
