Step 1 — Battery 

Locate the battery cover at the bottom of the camera.



Pull down on the black tab to open the cover.



Push the grey tab on the right side of the battery.



Remove the battery from the slot.

Step 3 — Flash 

Using the Phillips screwdriver, unscrew the two 4.9mm Phillips head screws which are located underneath the flash.



Remove the covering.

Step 5 

Use the tweezers to remove the excess glue around the wiring. This will allow you to cut the wire and remove the light in the next step.



Use the wire cutters to cut the wiring connected to the flash.

Step 6
