Dear Parent/Carer, Year 11 Prom – Thursday 4th July 2019 This year the Year 11 Prom will take place on Thursday 4th July 2019 at Judges Hotel, Yarm. The Prom will start at 7.00pm and finish at 11pm; please make sure you have organised transport from the venue, at the latest, by 11pm. Transport to and from Judges Hotel is your responsibility. The total cost for the Prom ticket is £35, included is a large selection of barbequed buffet food, a photobooth, DJ and the evening’s entertainment. In order to secure the booking we require payment from all students wishing to attend the Prom by 31st May 2018. If students fail to reach the target of 40 Prom Points required to attend the Prom, the full cost of the ticket will be refunded. Our preferred method of payment is by Parentpay, please log onto your account and then you can make payment via debit or credit card. Please also tick the consent box. You do not need to return the slip. Alternatively payment can be made by cheque (please write the student’s name on the reverse), made payable to Arete Learning Trust. Payments by cheque must only be handed into student services, together with the slip below. Please note that any outstanding lunch money must be paid before the Prom ticket can be purchased. I would like to take this opportunity to remind you that no alcohol or tobacco should be brought to the event. Non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased from the bar throughout the evening.
