Dear Parents/Carers
End of Term Eucharist Arrangements Friday 18th July
The Governors have decided to allow students to be dismissed directly from St Peter’s Church following end of term Eucharist services from now on. This will happen for the first time on Friday 18th July and subsequently at all end of term Eucharist services. The arrangements will be as follows:
All students should arrive at St. Peter’s Church ready for the service to begin at 9.00am. Students will sit in their form groups with their form tutors. Registers will be taken by form tutors before the service starts. There will be a full Eucharist Service followed by a presentation assembly which is estimated to finish at 11am. At the end of the service, students will be dismissed from the church and allowed to go home.
Visitors are very welcome. However, as students will be given priority in terms of seating, it may be necessary for some visitors to stand. Visitors should enter the church through the main doors where they will be directed to allocated seats by a member of staff. Yours sincerely
